Strategic Client Services Project Manager

At NICE, we strive for excellence in everything we do. As a Project Manager in our Client Services team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client teams, including business users and management personnel.
- Communicate project status and issues to management, customers, and other stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
- Develop and implement standard practices for client implementations aligned with the Essentials TAM operating model.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management and R&D, to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate multiple projects across different internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in computer science, engineering, or work equivalence.
- 5+ years of experience in a service delivery environment.
- Good knowledge of Actimize AML and Fraud Solutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of associates.
