Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Campaign Developer to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Adobe Campaign Classic workflows with precision on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and product teams to address queries and translate them into actionable Adobe campaign workflows.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical and programming skills including Adobe Campaign, JavaScript, CleverTap, CRMNext, and Siebel.
  • Work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Design, develop, and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign including JavaScript.
  • Monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create new ad-hoc reports using available tools (e.g., SQL, Adobe Campaign).
  • Analyze key campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign design.
  • Support the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic. Banking experience is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, JavaScript, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, Excel functions, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and anticipate business requirements.
  • Ability to apply data program techniques and procedures.
