  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical is required.

  • Experience in project management methodologies is highly desirable.

As a Workflow Optimizer, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with business users to identify inefficiencies in existing processes.

  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to process improvements and workflows.
