Our content production arm is a platform-agnostic powerhouse for brands, content creators, and advertisers. It offers end-to-end production, post-production, and innovative content creation services for the virtual world & web 3.0, empowering brands with creative content that aligns with their current and future communication goals.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation across our digital agency services (creative, media, digital marketing) and tech services (web, app, ODC models). This involves identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, pitching and closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.
You will also act as the face of our organization in new client pitches, leading presentations, building narratives, and co-creating solutions with our strategy, creative, and tech teams. Additionally, you will identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within our network accounts while opening doors with new clients in BFSI, Auto, Consumer Electronics, Retail, and FMCG.
The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and sales strategy development. You will work closely with our business heads to shape revenue forecasts, GTM strategies, and productized service bundles. Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with client decision makers (CMOs, Heads of Digital, Tech leaders) is also essential.
Requirements- 9–15 years of experience in business development/revenue roles within digital agencies only.
- Strong track record of winning mid-to-large deals in at least two of these verticals: BFSI, Auto, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Tech.
- Excellent pitch craft - ability to command a room, tell a story, and close.
- A sharp understanding of digital agency service lines (creative, social, media, tech builds) and comfort with tech discussions.
- Hustler mindset: comfortable with targets, proactive pipeline building, and hands-on selling.
- Team leadership experience, but equally comfortable rolling up sleeves and leading pitches personally.
- A mix of strategic thinking and street-smart selling - ability to open doors and expand the mandate once inside.
