Lead Performance Marketer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels.
  • Drive budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at a high level.
  • Create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization – from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Experience in managing large budgets and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
