Job Overview
The Banyan HR Consults Chennai is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in managing large territories and building strong relationships with customers. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategies that drive business results and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
* Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
* Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth

Requirements
* Minimum 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG food industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with sales software and technology

Qualifications
* MBA or equivalent degree
* Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
* Experience with territory management and sales planning
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
