Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the distributor network, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some work from home flexibility is available for this role.

Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Experience in the tea or FMCG industry is a plus
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
