Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales efforts in designated regions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in co-living, real estate, or hospitality sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive occupancy rates and maximize revenue by acquiring new residents through institutional partnerships, direct sales, and marketing strategies.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities by forging relationships with universities, corporates, brokers, and channel partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with institutes, HR heads, and corporate accommodation managers to generate leads.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead Conversion: Track and convert leads from various sources including digital, referrals, and on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure a seamless sales experience for potential customers by addressing their concerns and offering suitable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technology teams to enhance the overall customer journey.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the co-living, student housing, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong network within universities, corporates, and real estate brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales reporting.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to travel within assigned regions as needed.
