Regional Sales Manager.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our direct sales team and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong sales background, capable of designing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performance team, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

This role involves steering the direct sales function, fostering team development, and ensuring long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement direct sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the direct sales team to achieve and surpass targets.

- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and skill development for team members.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Present performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues to retain long-term business.

Sales Process Optimization:

- Streamline and improve the sales process for greater efficiency and results.

- Leverage sales tools and industry best practices to boost team productivity.

Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

- Use insights to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

- Provide feedback to improve products and inform marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Years of Work Experience: 8-12 Years of Experience in B2B,Industrial and OEM Sales.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Engineering background preferred).

- Proven experience in senior sales management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to strategically develop and execute sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Data-driven with a strong ability to analyse sales metrics and make informed decisions.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
