About the Job

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice calls, live chat, or emails. You will assist customers with technical support, troubleshooting, and product/service-related queries.

You will ensure accurate and timely resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Delivering excellent customer experience is key to this role, focusing on first call resolution and customer satisfaction.

You will also document all customer interactions in the CRM system, escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and process-level performance targets.
