Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Platform Success Representative to strengthen connections with schools and parents, driving business growth through effective relationships and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with schools and activity providers.
  • Onboard schools onto the platform, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Engage with parents who submitted inquiries, soliciting feedback and opportunities for further assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and feedback efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident when interacting with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Able to follow established processes, utilize templates, and update basic records effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles.
  • Graduate (any stream), or currently pursuing studies and available part-time.
  • Candidates with an educational background will be given preference.
