The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving the mission of delivering excellent education to every child by leading acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- School Partnership Acquisition: Drive the expansion of the LEAD Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with the mission.
- Relationship Building: Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- School Growth Support: Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Partnership Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Performance Monitoring: Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
- Leadership Experience: 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Pan-India Sales Experience: Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing the deal.
- Travel Requirements: Ready to travel across the given Territory/Zone.
