Expert Lead Manager & HubSpot CRM Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Lead Manager & HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enable our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:
  • Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop workflows for seamless lead management.
  • HubSpot CRM Administration:
  • Optimize pipelines, workflows, and automation in HubSpot CRM.
  • Ensure smooth integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).
  • Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).
  • Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate closely with sales teams.
