AI Automation Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Project Manager to oversee the implementation of automation workflows for sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools, experience managing CRM systems, and a background in project or client management.

The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI, automation, and optimizing GTM operations are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end automation projects from design to delivery.
  • Guide and mentor interns in setting up workflow automation systems using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Oversee the integration of various tools and platforms via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure seamless data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing with clients.
Required Skills:
  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
