Lead AI Projects

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of complex AI projects.

  • Demonstrate hands-on technical expertise and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality results.
  • Serve as a mentor and supervisor to technical teams in a collaborative environment, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Develop and manage project requirements, schedules, and roadmaps for AI initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, data science, and engineering teams to drive innovation and growth.

To succeed in this position, you should have a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including ML, DL, and NLP. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is also required.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in leading AI projects and managing technical teams, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
