AI Strategist Leader

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a visionary AI Strategist Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven initiatives across our organization. As a seasoned expert in AI and analytics, you will drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies to enhance business outcomes and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and develop solutions using AI and analytics.
  • Build and manage external relationships with industry leaders and academia forums to stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI projects, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Establish a culture of solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation within the team.

**Requirements:**

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, etc., from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience (preferably post-graduation) in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaborator with demonstrated abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Strong analytical thinking and storytelling skills with data, along with presenting insights to top business leaders.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and govern project execution.
  • Passion for AI/ML/Data Science through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of Analytics/ML/Deep tech technologies and applications.
  • Experience with ML/DL frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based frameworks and services around AI, Vision, Text, and Speech.
