Associate Director Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Director.

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving innovation and strategic growth in AI/ML solutions for financial services clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, ML, or analytics, with significant experience delivering complex projects across multiple domains.

As Associate Director, you will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop cutting-edge AI solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI/ML strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead high-performing teams to deliver complex AI projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and ML to continuously improve our solutions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in AI, ML, or analytics, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of AI project lifecycles, including ideation, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and programming tools such as Python, Spark, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based AI frameworks.
  • Background in setting up or contributing to AI-based innovations, internal solution accelerators, or Centers of Excellence (CoE).
