About the Role: Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading agent use cases such as home automation agents, coding copilots, or creative design assistants
  2. Working across functions to take ideas from concept to production
  3. Designing and implementing key parts of the system yourself: a hands-on role
  4. Collaborating with clients to scope, adapt, and deliver high-impact agent solutions
  5. Acting as a point of ownership for initiatives
  6. Leading teams, including mentoring engineers and enabling high performance through clarity and trust
  7. Bringing clarity, structure, and leadership to fast-moving work

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in engineering, data science, or ML roles with demonstrated end-to-end ownership
  • Proven ability to own and deliver complex projects
  • Clear communicator handling complexity and cross-functional work
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python; able to lead by example
  • Excellent judgment and accountability
