Job Title: AI Champion

We are seeking an experienced AI Champion to drive Operational Excellence through integrated Data and AI.

This pivotal role will primarily lead internal AI initiatives and contribute significantly to AI-oriented product offerings. As a seasoned professional, you will bridge business acumen with foundational AI knowledge and possess strong domain expertise in at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, or Cloud migrations and adoptions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. They should have 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience solutioning and implementing Data and AI technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Strategic & Operational AI Leadership:
  • Collaborate with existing internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
  • Lead and oversee quick win internal AI pilot projects.
  • Collaborate with IT to establish essential data governance practices.
Ai Product Contribution & Market Engagement:
  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for Ai-oriented product offerings.
  • Conduct lean market research and customer analysis.
  • Work with the Product Management Core team for lean development of Ai-oriented product offerings.
  • Translate successful internal operational Ai solutions into new or enhanced customer-facing products.
Internal Capability Building & Advocacy:
  • Act as the primary liaison for external AI/Data Strategy consulting.
  • Champion internal AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture.
