Job Opportunity: AI Agent Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to help design, develop, and maintain intelligent agent workflows using open-source frameworks and automation tools.

  • Create sophisticated AI agent workflows leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and CrewAI.
  • Effectively integrate automation tools such as n8n and Make.com for seamless workflow execution.
  • Foster connections between agents and APIs, databases, and third-party tools to enhance scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with our founding team on rapid prototyping and iteration cycles.
  • Diligently document workflows and share best practices with the team.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, or Zapier).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and web hooks.
  • Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for agent logic and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and debug automations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience with automation platforms or AI development (internships/projects count).
  • Experience with Next.js + React for front-end integration.
  • Familiarity with Firebase and cloud deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and multi-agent coordination.
  • Previous contributions to open-source AI projects are a plus.
