Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead to design, develop, and deploy next-generation intelligent agent solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  2. Build pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration.
  3. Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services to enable autonomous agent behavior.
  4. Deploy, manage, and scale AI-driven solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, API Gateway, etc.).
  5. Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to build production-ready solutions.
  6. Optimize agents for robustness, efficiency, and performance.
  7. Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards in Python development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Mandatory Qualifications:
  1. Strong proficiency in Python with clean, modular, and asynchronous programming experience.
  2. Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  3. Practical expertise in at least one Agentic AI framework: Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  4. Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  5. Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  6. Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.
