Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent coaching and communication skills? Do you have experience in working across functions with various stakeholders?

  • Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role as unit quality manager in collaboration with the unit team to improve and sustain quality systems and capability development at the unit level.
  • The successful applicant will carry out end of the line inspection of all finished goods at the unit as per UFPS standards.
  • They will also conduct RM/PM inspection as per standards and sensory evaluation of samples.
  • Additionally, they will lead root cause problem solving investigations for issues that occur on quality at units.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring all regulatory requirements are complied with without any deviations.
  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting periodic Internal Audit, MRM for FSMS.
  • They will take appropriate action/approval for QC hold/under deviation/reworked material.
  • Ensuring MIS report submission to Unit Head, Cluster QA & QA-HO as when required is also a key responsibility.
  • The successful applicant will support all inter-departmental teams for ensuring smooth production in line with adherence to quality standards.
  • Developing Training calendar and imparting trainings on quality related topics to unit team is also a key responsibility.
  • Furthermore, our ideal candidate will be responsible for certification/implementation of ISO 9000/22000 as per organization requirements.
  • They will ensure training of unit team for skills such as cross functional, quality etc.
  • Additionally, they will ensure CAPA to all quality issues including customer complaints if any.
  • Drive improvements in areas where targets are not met using RCPS methodology.
  • Responsibilities include working-out and verification of CAPA with process owners.
  • Our ideal candidate must have hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of quality management systems, developing quality related SOPs and its control.
  • Experience in handling quality improvement projects is also a requirement.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package is essential.
  • Certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, etc. is a plus.
