**Key Responsibilities**
- **Call Quality Monitoring & Training**:

- Monitor the quality of calls made by Ayurvedic call center executives.
- Identify gaps in communication, product knowledge, and adherence to Ayurvedic principles.
- Develop training modules to enhance call center executives’ knowledge of Ayurvedic products and consultation techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure consistent quality standards.
- **Online Ayurvedic Consultations**:

- Provide expert consultations to customers via online platforms (chat, call, or video).
- Assess customers’ health concerns and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic solutions and lifestyle changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation of consultation details for future reference.
- **Compliance & Ethical Practices**:

- Ensure all recommendations align with Ayurvedic principles and are compliant with company policies.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines, avoiding any off-label suggestions or practices.
- Monitor compliance of call center staff to company protocols.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the quality assurance and training teams to maintain high consultation standards.
- Coordinate with the product development team to stay updated on new Ayurvedic offerings.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding and continuous learning of call center staff.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Prepare periodic reports on call quality and consultation effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to call center staff and management for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Ayurvedic practice, call center quality monitoring, or online consultations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in online consultation tools and basic IT skills.
- Ability to train and mentor a team effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
