1. Sourcing Materials:

- Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for fabrics, accessories, and other materials required for apparel customization.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed about new materials and suppliers.

2. Quality Assurance
- Conduct quality checks on materials to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the seniors promptly.

3.General Support
- Assist in general warehouse activities, including inventory management and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
- Understanding of fabric markets.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
- Comfortable with traveling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting and moving packages or materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
