Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Lead to join our team in Delhi on a full-time basis. The candidate will focus on strategic sourcing and vendor management, with expertise in fabric sourcing. The role requires strong negotiation, market research, and communication skills, instrumental in driving the companys sourcing strategies and enhancing product offerings for our customers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management with a strong track record in optimizing supply chain efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in fabric sourcing, ensuring high-quality material procurement. (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, leveraging market understanding to secure cost-effective procurement deals.
  • Strong analytical skills with a robust capability in conducting market research to identify sourcing opportunities and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for managing relationships with stakeholders across the supply chain.
  • Familiarity with the latest retail trends and a keen insight into market dynamics that can impact sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive vendor relationships to foster long-term partnerships and collaborations.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software tools to streamline operations and data management.
