Administrative Operations Assistant

This is a challenging role that requires an individual to manage the day-to-day operations of an office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask with ease.

The Administrative Operations Assistant will oversee the smooth functioning of the office, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and that employees have access to the resources they need.

This includes managing office supplies, coordinating employee travel and accommodation, handling visitor management, and providing administrative support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, front desk, and reception activities
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, and ensure timely procurement
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities such as seating arrangements, meeting rooms, and utilities
Employee Support:
  • Support stakeholders from an admin perspective
  • Assist in organizing office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related queries
  • Handle courier, mail, and communication services
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration, travel desk, or front office management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
