Job Description
">Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating key software platforms, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will also process expense reports, perform routine administrative tasks, and provide exceptional support to senior principals and the Executive Assistance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update key software platforms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support business operations.
- Provide high-level support to senior principals and the Executive Assistance team.
- At least 23 years of relevant administrative or operational experience.
- Bachelor's degree and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
