- Creating timely presentations, proposals, and data sheets as required is an essential part of this job.
- Preparing accurate and concise reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is also a critical task.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administration, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
