Business Advisory Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Advisory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal controls, governance, risk management and audit operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Risk Analysis: Perform thorough risk assessments across various business functions, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Seller and customer experience, technology etc
  • Create Efficiency: Implement process improvements that drive business impact
  • Develop Audit Frameworks: Assist in building and executing internal audit and ERM frameworks
  • Partner with Functional Heads: Maintain risk registers and support mitigation plans
  • Monitor Emerging Risks: Identify and address risks in areas such as data privacy, cyber security, ESG and regulatory Compliance
  • Liaise with External Auditors: Collaborate with external auditors, legal and compliance teams as needed
  • Drive Standardization Automation: Participate in projects that standardize and automate processes for efficiency
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably with Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance
  • Strong first principles thinking and business understanding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
