Job Purpose: S&OP Leadership

The Strategic Operations Leader will lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for the business, ensuring strong alignment across demand, supply, and inventory planning.

  • Lead and manage the monthly S&OP cycle including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans.
  • Identify demand-supply gaps and drive resolution through scenario planning and cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop consensus forecast and ensure timely updates in planning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, managing planning cycles, and delivering insights through analytics to support business decisions.
  • Manage supply and inventory planning to balance cost, service level, and working capital objectives.
  • Work closely with purchase, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely execution of the plan.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand planning, and supply planning.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and generate business insights.
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills; knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
