Revenue Operations Specialist: A Strategic Role

Job Description

This position involves leading the overall revenue operations strategy, owning go-to-market systems and tools, driving funnel visibility, and partnering with functional heads to align on metrics and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy across the revenue cycle.
  2. Manage go-to-market systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration and data hygiene.
  3. Drive reporting and analytics, defining and tracking key performance indicators.
  4. Standardize processes across the revenue cycle, from lead qualification to renewals.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows.
Professional Competencies:
  1. Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics.
  2. Excellent storytelling and narrative crafting skills for stakeholders.
  3. Ability to think holistically while diving deep into operational details.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with data.
  5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  2. Proven experience leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end.
  3. Deep expertise with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  4. Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
