Job Opportunity: Finance Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for the finance operations of our India entity, leading statutory compliance, internal audits and financial controls in line with Indian regulations and group standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, integrate, and optimize ERP systems across the entity.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regional teams.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency within the organization.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA certification required.
  • 6-9 years of experience in finance, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to lead compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
