Job Title: Senior Finance Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned finance operations professional to lead a cross-border F&A team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing F&A teams, driving transformation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. He or she should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of F&A services across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with contractual SLAs and CXO-level expectations.
  • Lead a team of 70–150 F&A professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their growth and development.
  • Champion transformation initiatives, leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement to drive business outcomes.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders, maintaining executive-level relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks, identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Finance qualifications: Chartered Accountant preferred; alternatively, a commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Finance & Accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in R2R (priority), P2P, and I2C.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing F&A teams of 70–150 FTEs, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented performance.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to work with international stakeholders, including US-based clients in a high-compliance environment.
  • Transformation: Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Mindset: Proactive, agile, analytical, and solutions-driven, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
