Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Leader to spearhead our India Operations.

About the Role:

  • Prompt and effectively manage accounting functions for our global operations in India.
  • Utilize 15+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, corporate finance, payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, benefits, and multi-currency accounting.
  • Develop expertise with Tally ERP and oversee payroll processing for over 1000 employees.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain robust financial controls, risk management, and governance practices to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver seamless operational experiences.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, automate processes, and reduce operational complexities.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance from a reputable institution and have 15+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving successful financial transformations.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Adeptness in MS Office, Excel (pivot tables and macros), Power BI, and Sharepoint platforms.
  • Strong understanding of FEMA/RBI regulations and their implications on financial operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the staffing or IT services sector.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Hindi and English.
