Job Opportunity: Senior Finance Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled finance professional to join our team in shaping the organization's financial strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive MIS reports in various formats.
  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Effectively manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Independently prepare Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Candidates with prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, will be preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation is essential.
  • Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are required.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems is necessary.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Commerce / MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / Certified Accountant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
