About the Role

We are hiring for a key strategic role to work directly with the leadership team. This is a full-time, immediate, and fully remote position designed for highly motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

As part of the Founder's Office, you will act as the strategic right hand to the Founder, managing cross-functional priorities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple verticals, and playing a leading role in conceptualizing and executing our global events.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and execution of critical projects.
  • Manage and coordinate across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums hosted by us.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders including investors, partners, and policymakers.
  • Act as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments across teams.
  • Oversee operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and ensuring execution of day-to-day activities across business verticals.
