Senior Liaison Officer

A pivotal role in our strategic growth and regulatory success requires an experienced Senior Liaison Officer to play a key part.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities with key stakeholders including government departments, municipal authorities, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.

The Senior Liaison Officer will be the primary point of contact for various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies. They will facilitate the timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.

  • Facilitate the timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
  • Proactively prepare and implement a structured liaison process, including timelines, documentation standards, and compliance checklists.
  • Submit regular reports to senior management outlining liaison activities, risk factors, and the status of regulatory approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all communications, applications, permits, and approvals for audit and review purposes.
  • Support legal and project teams in addressing land disputes, title issues, or other compliance-related matters.
  • Represent the organization in official meetings, public hearings, and site inspections with authorities when required.

To be successful, the Senior Liaison Officer must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 15 years of experience in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs.
  • Strong networking abilities with key stakeholders.
