Job Title: Finance Transformation Lead

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in Master Data Management and the transformation of our current finance and accounting processes. This will involve simplification, automation, and integration across our shared service environment, including account payable, receivable, GL, and other activities.

As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for delivering customer-focused solutions on Master Data Management Systems, with prior experience in making technology decisions related to client MDM environments and interpreting requirements and architecting MDM solutions.

Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end solution architecture of MDM, including data model definition and refinement, data quality assessment and remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship, process, and system interaction design.

You will utilize MDM technologies and tools to enable the management and integration of master data, working knowledge of all technologies used for automation is required. In-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) to lead projects for simplification and automation is also essential. Supervisor in SAP (FICO Module) is an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Indian Captive Shared Services or Matured Captive SSC
  • Experience of Six Sigma – Green Belt or Black Belt as an added advantage
  • PMP or Project Management experience as an added advantage
  • Managed Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Lead cross-functional teams through requirements, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Implementation of new systems that integrated with existing infrastructure and applications
  • Decommissioning legacy systems when appropriate
  • Lead the implementation of a data quality program that reduces customer complaints
