We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our global process standardization, simplification, and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies in transactional areas and refine them on an ongoing basis.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with hands-on experience in SAP at transactional levels to guide service providers to improve efficiency in operations.
  • Show understanding of vendor management systems and focus on improving vendor-related metrics.
  • IDentify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using bot solutions to create more efficiencies.
  • Review and revise global standard operating procedures to align with improved processes and practices.
  • Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by service providers and engage with units in service to improve/sustain them.
  • Define and update risk and control matrices, review and resolve audit findings. Support internal and external audit teams in their assignments.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in finance or semi-qualified accountant with minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, exposure to operating with senior finance teams, leading and developing remote teams.
  • Nonspecific influencing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting principles and procedures.
  • Internal accounting standards knowledge.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
