Job Title: Fleet Performance Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our vessel performance function. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and identify inefficiencies in vessel fuel consumption, engine performance, and auxiliary systems.
  • Conduct detailed investigations and implement performance improvement measures.
  • Lead client communications and monthly vessel performance reviews.
  • Evaluate decarbonization projects and plan crew training and operational optimization.
Requirements:
  • Fresh C/E or 2/E with an interest in vessel performance.
  • C/E or 2/E with prior experience in vessel performance.
  • Naval Architects with experience in vessel performance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
  • Analytical skills in interpreting fuel curves, SFOC trends, and machinery operating profiles.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Chief Engineer with sailing experience on oil/chemical tankers or gas carriers.
  • Minimum 4 years of shore-based experience leading vessel performance functions.
