Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to support our business analytics functions.

This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
Operational & Financial Analytics:
  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with ability to interact directly with international clients.
