Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting and making recommendations to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Liaise with team managers and technicians on quality matters.
  • Identify the root cause and report it for quality assurance and control purposes.
  • Collaborate with EV Maintenance Manager on technical and quality issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose EV using tablets and online programming.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance to regulations after each repair.
  • Provide support on parts technical issues & warranty claims when necessary.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations.
