Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications.
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident, Request Management procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Good communication skills with minimum 1 year of international calling experience.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts with 24x7 support window.
