Job Summary

HyperVerge Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key and strategic accounts. This role involves spending significant time at the client site to learn about the client's business problem, managing relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders, and delivering the promised business impact using our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to grow annual recurring revenue from key accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business impact and meet customer needs

Requirements

• Proven track record of over-achieving quota in account management or territory sales

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong fluency in Microsoft Office suite

• Prior experience in working with software product companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Operating in the financial services industry

• Deep understanding of business processes, customer journeys, and client pain-points in consumer lending and other financial services companies

• Product thinking to resolve customer pain points

• Proficiency in financial analysis
