About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Flash Pack, a leading provider of curated social adventures for solo travelers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Destination Management Company (DMC) partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality trips that meet our quality standards and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and oversee the performance of assigned DMCs, providing regular feedback and setting goals to ensure alignment with our goals and values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, fostering a collaborative and transparent partnership that drives growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard new DMCs by designing and delivering training programs to ensure they are aligned with our ways of working, expectations, and service level agreements.
  • Utilize performance management tools and processes to track and monitor performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and reporting on this data to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing key accounts/suppliers and their performance, including setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify problems, investigate, and find effective solutions in a quick and effective manner.
