Job Title: Dealership Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple dealerships and their teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving business objectives, managing dealer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of dealerships to achieve business parameters such as volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, and spares part sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase inquiry generation and management, CDMS adoption, and new dealership development.
  • Ensure a viable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
  • Implement incentive schemes to motivate dealers and improve sales performance.
  • Liaise with financial institutions and banks to explore new avenues for retail financing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and capture feedback on product performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the tractor, automotive, or agriculture industry.
  • Proven ability to work in rural markets and understand the farm industry, tractors, and implements.
