We are seeking a seasoned Customer Retention Manager to spearhead our customer lifecycle management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications with sharp personalization.

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, empathy, and care in all CRM communications.
