A successful Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will drive key programs that directly impact growth and scale, leveraging their skills and experience to create outsized impact.

This is a fixed-salary position that demands co-founder level liveliness and requires someone who can adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

The EIR will work closely with the Founder daily, sitting in on key meetings and contributing to strategic discussions.

  • Shadowing the Founder daily to gain insight into key decisions and strategies.
  • Sitting in on key meetings to provide input and guidance.
  • Structuring discussions and managing follow-ups to ensure execution across teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of entrepreneurial success, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges and drive growth.

They will be highly motivated, with a passion for learning and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to the organization.
