Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to bridge local vendors and central IT. This role serves as the first layer of operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional services with global corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between local business vendors and central IT.\
  • Ensure local services are standardized under corporate control.\
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring PRs/POs are created and processed accurately.\
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.\
  • Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.\
  • Align regional setups with global standards and processes.\
  • Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.\
  • Act as escalation point for vendors facing complex service challenges.\
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.\

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or operations.\
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).\
  • Hands-on experience managing services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).\
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).\
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.\
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for services.\
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.\
