Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive our growth in the enterprise sector, focusing on technology, SaaS, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a robust background in sales and a proven track record of engaging with executive-level stakeholders and large enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the enterprise sector.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, managing key accounts effectively.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to high-level executives, including CxOs, providing insights and consultancy that align with their business needs and pain points.
Presentation and Demonstration
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that articulate the unique value proposition of our solutions.
Trend Analysis and Market Positioning
Understand and analyze industry trends and customer needs to position St. Fox effectively in the market.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and engineering, to align sales strategies and solutions with market needs.
Complex Sales Cycle Management
Manage complex sales cycles while navigating TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) metrics to communicate the value and benefits of our solutions.
Product Knowledge and Opportunity Maximization
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to ensure all sales opportunities are fully explored and maximized.
Requirements
- Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, and security infrastructure sectors, targeting large enterprises.
Leadership and Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability in executive stakeholder management and in building relationships with Customers, OEM, and Partners.
Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the proficiency to converse effectively with CXOs and leadership teams.
Sales Growth and Pressure Management
Proven track record of driving sales growth and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pain Point Identification and Solution Alignment
Ability to identify customer pain points and align them with our solutions to drive business outcomes.
Professionalism and Fluency
High level of professionalism and personal presentation, with fluency in English being mandatory.
Humility and People-Centric Approach
The candidate should embody humility, with a people-centric approach to both leadership and client interactions.
